Detects Peracetic Acid Concentration. The test strip is calibrated at 0, 10, 30, 60, 80, and 160 ppm. It gives results in just seconds. Peracetic acid is another sanitizing agent primarily used in some segments of the food industry, such as organic produce and poultry.

Check with your local health inspector to determine what ppm level you should be reaching.

Instructions:

1. 1. Remove one test strip from the vial, being careful not to touch the test pad with your fingers.

   2. Gently swirl test strip in solution for 2 seconds

   3. Remove the strip from the solution with test pad face up.

   4. Do not shake solution off the testing pad.

   5. And then wait 10 seconds before comparing the pad to the color chart.
