Description
This test strip is calibrated at 0, 100, 250, 500, and 1000 ppm, and gives results in just seconds. Peracetic acid is another sanitizing agent primarily used in some segments of the food industry, such as organic produce and poultry.
How to test Peracetic Acid:
- Remove one test strip from the vial, being careful not to touch the test pad with your fingers.
- Gently swirl test strip in small sample of solution being tested for 2 seconds.
- Remove strip with pad face up. Do not shake off excess sample.
- Compare the test pad to the color chart after 10 seconds.
