Testing magnesium in your groundwater & drinking water has never been easier! Our standalone test strips give you an accurate reading in under one minute in terms of Mg and CaCO3 . Easy to read color blocks at 0, 125, 250, 500 & 1000 ppm Mg2+ and 0, 500, 1000, 2000, & 4,000 ppm CaCO3.

As rainwater passes through soil and rocks it absorbs some of the hard metals it passes through (mostly calcium and magnesium).
