Shipping Address

All orders are shipped from the United States to the shipping address you provide to us. Sales tax may be applied when required by law based on your shipping address location. The phone number and email address you provide us during checkout may be shared with the shipping provider (UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.) as a point of contact if there is any issue with the delivery.

Free shipping

Free economy shipping is available for all U.S. customers with a $10 order minimum. Add $10+ to your cart to qualify for free shipping within the U.S. The free shipping option is not sent via any specific carrier.

Shipping Prices

Other shipping options are listed at checkout for an additional charge. Enter your shipping address at checkout to see these options. These options are carrier specific, so you can select the carrier of your choice.

Handling and Shipping Time

Orders typically ship within one business day of when the order was placed. Large orders may require part or all of the order to be backordered. We produce all products just-in-time and hold minimal inventory, so orders may take a week or two for production. If we need to backorder a part of your order, we will contact you after you place your order. Shipping times listed at checkout cover the actual time in transit, not the handling time. For example, if you place an order and pay for the “UPS [1 Business Day]” shipping option, once the order ships, it will arrive in 1 business day.

Delivery Guarantees

We do not offer any specific date delivery guarantees. All shipping options available at checkout are only estimates. If your package is delivered late by the carrier and deemed to be covered under the carriers money back guarantee, we will provide you with a refund to the shipping costs you paid for that order.

Damage During Transit

Bartovation is responsible for items that are lost or damaged in transit. If you receive an item that is damaged or broken, please notify us within 5 days of receiving your order. You will be given the option of either a replacement item sent free of charge or a refund for the value of the damaged merchandise. Once a shipment has been marked as delivered by the carrier, it is no longer Bartovation’s responsibility.

International Shipping

We ship to practically every country worldwide. Enter your address at checkout to see the various international shipping options available. If you do not see any shipping options available for the address you selected, our shipping system was not able to recognize your address. If you are sure your address is entered correctly and you are still facing an issue, please contact us and we will provide you with a quote.

Duties, Taxes and other Cross-Border Charges

Bartovation is responsible for and will pay applicable export duties when sending packages internationally. When ordering internationally, you are responsible for assuring the product can be lawfully imported to the destination. The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient’s country. You are responsible for all those fees and expenses. Bartovation has no control over these charges, nor can Bartovation predict what they may be, since they vary significantly based on the destination country.

Customs / Import Clearance Considerations

Bartovation is responsible for any export concerns from the U.S. Due to customs complexities that vary significantly based on the destination country, Bartovation is unable to provide import/ customs clearance advice. You are responsible for assuring the product can be lawfully imported to the destination. The recipient is responsible for customs clearance into the destination countries. Bartovation test products are commonly classified by international destinations as regulated material for a variety of reasons (ingredients list, measurement properties, sanitation, health-related, etc.). We suggest working with an importer who is familiar with the destination countries’ requirements. Please let us know if you require any additional product documentation to assist in clearing our products through customs.
